In May 2017, we ran our annual Chatterbox event, aiming to raise awareness around the importance of good speech, language and communication (SLC) skills for all children.
We provided five high quality downloadable educational resources designed by our very own speech and language experts, which focussed on the core areas of children’s early language including:
• Listening and attention
• Understanding what is said
• Learning and using new words
• Building sentences and
• Talking socially
Throughout the week we had over 1500 downloads of the games and activities! The good news is that as they were so popular we will be keeping them available for you to download. Take your pick from our activities in the left hand column.
